Basic idea to make clans more useful and a reason to be in one.

CLAN VALIDITY skill max level 120 and virtual level 150.

Maximum xp gained a week all depends on your citadel level.
Citadel level 1 can gain max 100k xp a week.
Citadel level 7 can gain max 700k xp a week.
You can do the math on how long it will take to get to 200mil xp.

How can I level this skill?

4 Basic ways:
1. Simply help capping at your citadel will give you a bonus of 10k xp and each fealty star an added bonus of 5k xp so if you keep fealty 3 always you will get 20k xp a week.

2. Citadel wars participation in the war weekly will give you another easy 10k xp bonus.

This was will be 24 hours only from the day your citadel resets to the following day. All participants can join the war any time and choose how they wish to help the war. You must be active in the war for around 10 min. Afterwards you can leave via a portal. If
you die during the battle you will not lose anything safe mini-game. You can stay in the battle longer and help your team to win. But no xp extra xp will be gained for the Clan Validity skill.

You can join either combatant or non-combatant.
Role as combatant pretty straight forward fight any style you wish and try not to die.
Non-combatant has to roles healer. supplier, or engineer.

Healer will take cooked food from tables or crates and use on npcs in the battle on your team to help heal them back up.

Supplier will take either rune packs or arrow packs from tables and crates to use on npc Ranger or mages so they can continue to attack.

Engineer making ladders, catapults, battering rams etc.

*The clans will be fighting other randomly picked clans of the same Tier Level and Aprox
the same number of members in the clan. Plus minus. One team will be defender or their citadel and other will be attacking team.

A team has 200 active members and B has 150 active members. This means the battle
will allow only a max of 150 active members to join either team. First come first server team A's remaining 50 active members will not be able to join this weeks battle.

So if say only team A has like 5 active members actually participate and B has like 100 member actually participate then the probability of B winning the war will be high unless they are a bunch of Level 1's.

The winner of the war will depend on total kills and who can control the most citadel towers/out post at the end of the 24 hr period. There will be 4 towers for defender and 4 out post for attackers.

The winner will be awarded an additional 5k xp Clan Validity for each participant.
Other rewards will be for the week winners and losers will be rewarded an upgrade token that last for 1 week for hybrid armors in game to tier 80.

3. Upgrading and supplying your Npc's for the clan citadel war. There will be a new area at
the citadel with everything that will be needed to supply and arm the npcs. How well you supply your Npc's may or may not help in the chances of your citadel winning the war.

Also a training camp for leveling the experience of your Npc's. You will be in charge of training Magers, Rangers, and Melee Npc's to help assist in the citadel war. (Similar to temple trekking but larger scale.) Max number of Npcs's in the war 100* your citadel level.
The more time you spend helping upgrade and training weekly the better your citadel chances are for winning the final battle. Max experience allowed to gain here is 100k xp a week times the citadel level. So 700k xp at teir 7 citadel each person. Minus joining war or capping bonuses.

4. Four times a week Clan leaders, Deputy owners, Event coordinators can do a clan event if allowed. All participants in the event can get a bonus of 10k xp for Clan Validity. Events include
PVM, Distraction and diversions, and Dungeoneering and Elite Dungeons. To Validate the event member must join either Clan leaders, Deputy owners or Event coordinators friend chat. Because limited number of players for Elite dungeons and Dungeoneering. Should be a new toggle on off like share loot for clan participation of event.

Sample of some xp gained for a week. My clan is Teir 2. I cap at citadel I have fealty 3(20k xp). I then participate in the Citadel war and we win (15k xp). I do 4 clan events (40k xp).
Total 75k xp. I can then go help upgrade my Npc's via making armors, weapons, supplies etc. for the remaining 125k xp need for the week.




**Most important You can not Join citadel wars unless you have capped for the week. Also will not gain any Clan Validity xp bonus for joining any clan events unless your have capped for the week. And lastly you will not be able to upgrade your Npc's for Xp unless you have capped first.

Having this as a skill should help clans thrive more especially when upper clans get filled up.

Later a citadel boss can be added for more Clan Validity xp or a dungeon that can be for more xp and dungeoneering xp also. On a Weekly basis.

This should make clans more fun to be in if done right.

Thanks for any support and feed back and improvements basic idea only numbers xp rates etc. will be left up to jagex.

Six years, assuming your clan is ALWAYS max citadel level.

No support just because it can't be actively leveled, at least not well. Too many caps.

Thanks for the Math:) Sounds good something that isn't going to be reached in a week or month. Giving players a reason to continue to support runescape and play for the next 6 years or so if runescape survives that. Lots of former tops have left the game looking for new games and other stuff outside of game to do. On double xp weekends they could double the cap to make it a little more faster. Oh ya will make high scores competitive once again for the next 6 yrs not that I'm interested in tops anymore been there done that lol.


Could make it max 700k a day, but then that kind of defeats the purpose if a player plans to be around a long time anyway he will be training other stuff so no real big hurry to level it and enjoy his new friends or old on the way. Especially if new players. Already been here over 16 yrs myself. Yet, I'm willing to do it this style. If I had my way would be no more afking lol or buying or xp on th.

It's not "Competitive" if everyone is tied due to caps.
