Can we have an ironman section on the forums?

Not a section that excludes other players... All players should be able to access, post and create threads.

A section to discuss ironman relates topics.
Skillet? Skill no.

So much moot.

I have another suggestion for the forums....

A "Recently updated" section with the most recent posts in all sections of the forums... Maybe not 50 pages worth... Maybe just 1 page, with the most recently updated threads from all sections of the forums.

Ya can't create new threads in this section.. But when u create a thread anywhere on the forums it will appear here until bumped off the front page.

This section should be customisable. You should be allowed to selection the areas u want to have appear on this page - so that for instance, if u dont like goals and achievements, ya just un check it and it won't appear for u.
Skillet? Skill no.

So much moot.

I can support this. Would be pretty handy. The wiki only provides so much already known info by a majority. The best part of the IM challenge is discovering new ways to train you either never knew or forgot about from years ago. Bouncing ideas off others like this couldn't hurt.

Good luck, champ.

Where does it say you cant make IM threads in the current forums?

Why do we need a special place for them?

^ "We" don't need a special place for them. They need a place for themselves. A lot of times non-ironman do things very differently to ironman. When ironman ask questions the answers in the ironman should be ironman relative and not a general answer like "the best way to train is get some bonus xp and go to the ge and blah blah".

Like an ironman guide...

Draco, please define "need" because as far as I'm concerned we don't need any of this, forums, games, or ur input at all.

"Where does it say you cant make IM threads in the current forums?"

I don't know - u brought it up :s

Ironmen are a distinct community within RuneScape.

I would have no problem with seeing an Ironman forum for discussion of their needs.

Support. For a noob like me I could see myself frequenting there quite a lot for advice for my iron acc :P

Although a question that springs to mind is how would OSRS / RS3 Iron threads be distinguished? With [tags] or two separate sections?
