Oki. I have a question. When you choose a player moderator, do you look at his or her personal belief in real life after reading his or her chats in game? For example, if I belief in a certain thing that's not popular in the majority of people, would you eliminate me?
I highly doubt that Jagex would rule out a potential moderator based off their personal belief or what they enjoy. As long as the person displays positive aspects and passes all of the checks that are listed (here), it should not matter about what they are into.

If you have an issue, check around the Support Centre on the top right of this page, like Krystelle has suggested, or do make a thread in the Community Support forums and someone knowledgeable with your issue can assist you.
Thanks for this post, I have been looking for a post on this cause after playing years on Runescape i have been looking into this cause I think it's time for me to help out the community and thats why first step is this, me helping out and posting on here. Just want to say thanks again for this post, helped me put some questions I had to rest.
Thank you all for your continued discussion, feedback and comments.
We've recently made some changes to the Player Moderator team structure, with the majority of PMods now being looked after by the Customer Service team. This includes recruitment, PMod standard setting, expected behaviours, mute accuracy, guidelines, etc.
With this in mind I've closed down this thread for now while we consider how best to capture player comments and feedback on the Player Moderator scheme, alongside how we want to communicate any changes to you all.
Thanks again for the comments - it's all certainly been very interesting and useful to read!
