I know that players do, and even player mods, but does Jagex ever mitigate prices by creating items and selling them to stabilize inflations/deflations?
Asking because I've recorded some stuff.check my twitter

Asking because I've recorded some stuff. Players manipulate the GE, I am not sure how they do it, but they do.
Jagex only influences the Grand Exchange on rare occasions, if I recall.
I forget when they last did (if they did), but I do remember them vaguely doing so in the past. It might have been when they introduced Rock Climbing Boots.

It wasn't that they introduced Rock climbing Boots, they did something to the boots we all had, maybe they changed them into rock climbing boots?? I can't remember now what it was, I had a pair, my ex had a pair, I would say a lot of people had a pair, except for one person who had collected them and he made a fortune out them, the price sky rocked overnight. There was a bit of an uproar about the boots. This must of been when the GE first came out, as it was years ago, many, many years ago

Since Jagex have never commented on this, there is no way to know.
