Hi, I have an Ornate Katana on my very old account that is perm mute since 2010, since then I created and have been playing on this account that now its way more powerful than my old account.

I would love to have the Ornate katana that is on my old account on this account but I don't know who to contact or what to do, the katana was only obtainable by buying a membership card on the USA, and I'm from Mexico, so it was really hard for me getting the card but at the end I got it and redeem it.

I would really love to have my ornate katana again, it would remind me of the good times with my friends on RS. I would be very happy for any help, thank you.

Don't be misled. It isn't possible. The only transfer that may be possible is if you subscribed for Premier Club (or have incurred some other significant expense) on your perma muted account, and are looking to have it transferred to this.
