Odd name considering Craven means coward... but hey, it shouldn't matter

Expect some business with Port Khazard in the future

Letter from the office of Lord Zachary Moore, Burthorpe and Taverly

Greetings master Craven. Recently I was granted the title of lord by the fine people of Burthorpe and Taverly, and emperor Vekon himself. One of my first orders of business was promoting trade and commerce here and to that end I have accepted business outposts from Valus industries, Andromeda logistics, and the Bounty Hunters United. As such, the market here has flourished with the new business lighting the way. However, I feel as though we shouldn't be resting on our laurels and I'd like to invite you to consider an outpost in our city.

Financially speaking, Burthorpe rests in the grey area between the kingdoms of Asgarnia and Kandarin. Due to mother Kandarin's recent occupation of Port Sarim, this means that Burthorpe is the only major port willing to provide business to the city of Falador and elsewhere in Asgarnia. Furthermore, the city is well-protected by our great wall to the east and the towering peaks of White Wolf to the west. Crime is well-checked in our city thanks to the lumbering presence of the Bounty Hunters United, so your business interests will be well protected. I urge you to give this matter thought and perhaps we can come to an agreement.

I am, of course, happy to give all new business in Burthorpe and Taverly a temporary tax reduction so as to nourish their growth. All I ask is that you keep Burthorpe and Taverly in your thoughts when considering future business ventures.

Fortuitous winds,

Lord Zachary Moore of Burthorpe and Taverly

IN OTHER NEWS:

A detachment of ships flying the personal flag of Serov Ryskäl departed from an undisclosed island outpost just off the coast of North-Eastern Gielinor. The most notable ships of this detachment would be two tugs which were pulling what appeared to be an incomplete ship.
---
In addition, followed:

Three 26-gun frigates for primary engagements.

A single 17-gun clipper ship intended for routing enemies and scouting.

Two chase-brigs equipped with 3 mortars each and a multitude of swivel guns to deter boarders.

Lastly, two small unarmed carracks tasked with carrying the aforementioned incompleted ship's remaining pieces.

---
If left unhindered; these ships would arrive on time upon Karamja's primary eastern military port after a lengthy two week's time. Once the primary ships were temporarily moored at the port, the two ships tugging the incomplete-project ship would be guided into a dry-dock where they would remain henceforth. The two carracks would unload their cargo in the same fashion before the entire detachment, barring the tugs and project ship, resupplied and set sail once again for their home port in the brooding north.
---
Once the project ship had been set properly in the dry-dock, security measures would increase for the small area around it to ensure that it's finalization would remain secret. Any
unauthorized peoples nearing the dry-dock yard were immediately turned away to preserve secrecy as well.
