I know it might be a bit much to ask for mods to respond to every idea, but it does make it impossible to know whether or not a mod or Jagex member has even looked at my posts on the Ninja forums. They are small ideas and I'm not looking for personalized replies, but when I see nothing it does feel a bit like it's going unseen or unacknowledged. Does anyone else feel this way? Do others really feel confident that Jagex mods really read every ninja fix suggestion that rolls through?

It's times like these I wish there was a "read" notification when mods do visit a post similar to a text message. Even that would make me feel a bit more at ease.

We make every effort to read the forums as well as various other platforms for feedback. I cannot speaks for the ninja team but from a web point of view we are always reading.

I can appreciate your concern though as often it must feel like threads plunge into the nether of the forums web but we do actively monitor them.

Mod Lyon usually beats me to the reply on web threads but today I win :)

Thanks Allstar. I just don't tend to post often and if I do it's because it's something that I feel is worth the effort of noting, and having played for 16+ years, I'd like to think that reflects how committed to this game I am. Hopefully some of the recent ninja posts I threw up will get implemented in some fashion. Appreciate the reply.

That's not fair. I was in meetings and you pretended to have to fix your car so you could leave early.

They do read... I recently made a comment out of frustration and a certain JMod helped me open my mouth and insert my foot...

Yes, I certainly got answers and helpful comments from many Jmods in these RSOF too. They definitely read some comments, but of course they won't be able to respond to every post.

I know they used to. Apparently it's 'too difficult' for them now (except for Allstar & Lyon, who still post surprisingly often).

Sometimes (but far from always) a JMod might leave a response or two on a stickied thread announcing this or that.

Any others - I am of the belief that the rare JMod posts are a result of someone else 'poking' them via Twitter, or Reddit, or in a FC. Not because they were browsing the RSOF themselves.

I'm assuming the new CMods will act as browsers and contact a JMod if they see anything relevant on the forums which they feel warrants a JMod visit, or attention.

I don't think so. I have seen many Jmods commenting on topics in their chartered areas.

For instance, Mod Rowley on Player Owned Farm...

I don't think anybody "poked" him via Twitter, Reddit or a FC. :)

Rest assured, I don't think any of these Jmods are going to comment on threads like "I am wrongfully banned for botting..." ;)

It is mostly about what the threads are about. Some topics probably will never get a response from a Jmod.

Sad when it takes a thread title asking if they read to get a response, imo, they should work overtime and post in every thread that is made in the whole forums to make us feel good.
