By doing a double wrong doesn't make a right. There were plenty of discussions of historic RS pertaining to the subjects which now people can't make, much more than what exist on OSRS and RS3. We get it if you don't care about historic topics but please allow those care on.
I never said you couldnt, so plz dont put words in my mouth i didnt say.
I just dont see a need to keep a copy of threads that cant be used in any way.
Let alone after so many months that you couldve asked for them to be saved to begin with.

Whether you guys like it or not with their decision, RSC and historic topics will keep popping up. I'd say it would be better fit to have it in one place but your call.
Obviously the RSC forums were useful when the RSC game was running. However, obviously the RSC game is history now so there is nothing left to discuss. The RSC forums are useless and therefore purged.
ScapeRunesaid: It's a shame that another little piece of history disappeared with RSC forums. They could have left the forums open a bit longer and given some warning that they would be closing them alongside the game.
As much as i agree they maybe shouldve given some form of heads-up about it, it shouldve been obvious.
Luis12345LTSsaid: Like a girlfriend if you just assume she knows you love her but never tell her explicitly, she can just leave you thinking that you didn't love her. Nothing better than being clear, a concept I don't think they like to use but shouldn't be a excuse.
Luis12345LTSsaid: It has been discussed, what hasn't been discussed is why to the very least the grace period was not announced, I think even shorter events have had bigger grace periods in the forums shutdown than what RSC had but w/e
Well whether or not you think there shouldve been one is irrelevant as the forum is gone and theres nothing that will seemingly be done about it.
Dilbert2001said: Does anybody see a Mod Pips coming here to comment on the RSC forums and give their players 2 free weeks of membership? Well, some people may want to wait 7 years or more but wake me up when it happens...
Dilbert2001said: You know RSC and the forums were closed almost a month ago, right? If OP or somebody else cared so much about the forums, they could and should have expressed their opinions kindly like that streamer who requested Jagex to let RSC lived a tiny bit longer so he could have fulfilled his character's "dying" wish.
The fact that nobody cared about the RSC forums and requested nothing before they were closed simply told Jagex there was no reason to even look at them again. I bet Jagex have many more priorities over an non-existing RSC forums now
