I came up with a bunch of these to see what I liked and what I didn't. These are, I think, the best three:

---

Cursed Scrap

The Cursed Scrap can be used to enchant a Seer's Ring, forming a Seer's Ring (e), or if imbued, a Seer's Ring (ei).

The enchanted Seer's ring gives a percentage bonus to stat-reduction spells, but perhaps more importantly, allows their effects to be persistent - that is, if another player casts, say, Vulnerability on you, your defense will be reduced, and that reduction cannot be removed with Stat Restore or Super Restore potions, and will remain until your stats restore naturally (Rapid Restore would still be effective) or until you leave a PvP area.

---

Infernal Scroll

When read, the Infernal Scroll grants the Malevolence prayer.

The Malevolence prayer is an overhead prayer. In the wilderness, it has the effect of a player to attack and be attacked as if the wilderness level they are in was five higher. In order to prevent prayer-flicking shenanigans, the effect of allowing other players to attack you would persist for perhaps ten or fifteen seconds after the prayer was deactivated (so that a player could not rush another player and then turn off their prayer to prevent retaliation).

Outside of the wilderness Malevolence would have a different effect: It would maintain monster aggression, either in the case where you are too high a level for them to be aggressive, or you've been there for long enough that they've become tolerant of you.

---

Wasteland Cloak

A cloak designed for use in the Wilderness. Its stats are proportional to whatever wilderness level you are in. Additionally, it grants bonus HP regeneration and even some prayer regeneration. These effects are also proportional to your wilderness level. In the deepest wilderness levels, the cape is extremely powerful for both PKers and those doing other wilderness tasks.

Righteous Mace

A one-handed mace. Has fairly good stats, and is best in slot for prayer bonus. Additionally, the Righteous Mace deals extra damage to skulled players.

The Righteous Mace's special uses 100% of the special bar, and attacks with bonus damage based on the number of active prayers that the opponent has (as well as hitting through protection prayers). Blasphemers do not deserve the protections of the gods!

Reserved. You may post now.

I had some other ideas that, with a little bit of refining, might also be good. I might do a second batch sometime.

No support,
The only item I will support is the pvp armours.

I've always found this sort of absolutist mentality to be extremely detrimental. When you refuse to consider any possibilities other than your most preferred one, that is the literal definition of being unreasonable.

Especially so in this case because PvP armors were polled and failed. So, what, you want to hold the games economy ransom because you didn't get what you want?

No support. All the ideas are pretty damn terrible, no offence.

Would you mind elaborating on just what it is you don't like about them?

We don't really see eye to eye on content (for reasons beyond just the difference in how we play) so I doubt anything I come up with will be at all interesting to you, but hey, it would still be good to hear specifically what you don't like about each.

1) waste of time. No one uses these spells in deep wildy pking and it would be terrible for edge pking.

2) completely changes the meta for slayer and combat training. Also, poor idea for wilderness effect. It is pretty useless.

3) changes meta for deep wildy pking and wildy slayer.

4) useless, waste of dev time.
Treat everyone nicely and we can all enjoy the game :) inclusion is a good thing!
