I have, but I canít remember some of the info itís asking for as itís been over 5 years unfortunately, have email proof of account creative and personal ID, really need to talk to somebody but there doesnít seem to be a chat option,

A super fast 'deny' means you are failing for one of these reasons:
* the login is wrong
* you are submitting via a VPN (don't use a VPN during recovery)
* you are no longer in the country where the account was created
* you have not submitted any correct passwords (essential to submit at least one correct pw)
* the login is correct but your basic history information is either wrong or left blank
Basic history information is : creation date, creation location, creation ISP, early password, early payment information

Try to identify which of the above is causing the problem and work to fix that element in the recovery.
