Double XP Weekend, Balthazar's Big Raffle and Patches Galore!
We're closing August and starting September with a bang! This weekend is going to be the highlight of your year, with double XP and the start of the September Raffle!
Balthazar's Big Raffle is returning to RuneScape on September 1st and running until October 5th.
Golden Godswords, Warpriest Armour and Deathtouch Darts are of course still up for grabs, along with a plethora of other prizes.
But wait, there's more! Since the last time Balthazar has been gracing us at the Burthope Lodestone - he has been training his Dungeoneering skill; he's happy to announce that this year he spent his Dungeoneering tokens, added some sparkle and is offering the elusive Golden Chaotics!
So, what do you need to do? Well it couldn't be simpler, collect one ticket each day from Balthazar by the Burthorpe lodestone. You can also pick up one extra ticket by completing a daily challenge.
Each ticket gives you one shot at our rare, limited edition prize of the day once handed in:

Don't be too disheartened if you're not a winner: you'll still get your hands on a medium lamp – one for each unsuccessful ticket.
Have a bash at each prize or save up for that one, special item you've had your eye on. It's up to you how you use your tickets.

It's time for Double XP Weekend! So, who's ready to get some mad gains? Because I know we are!
Get ready to Accelerate your XP gains by 100% for 72 hours during our famous Double XP Weekend, lasting from 12:00 UTC on 31st August until 12:00 UTC on 3rd September.
You'll have to be a member to get the full +100% bonus, which applies to the majority of combat and skilling activities. What's more, is that free players get +20% XP bonus as well!
