The RuneScape community has been alive and kicking over the last couple of weeks. We’ve seen awesome events, shed loads of player submissions, and the community raised more than £48,000 for SpecialEffect through our 24 hour gaming marathon over their GameBlast weekend! Read on to find out what’s been going down and what’s coming up!
Your Submissions
Since the last Community Chronicle, you’ve been sending in loads of cool stuff. Our first submission is from JoshUK who just celebrated his 21st Birthday. That's an awesome cake!

Fan Sites
To make sure you’re training in the most efficient way, one of our Platinum-tier fan sites, RuneHQ, have just updated their calculators! Every one of their skill and combat calculators has now been revamped by one of their developers, McSwindler. Head over to RuneHQ now and try them out!
RuneAid have just celebrated their 4th Birthday. What’s more, they've just attained Silver-tier fan site status, which means that we’ll be working with them more closely to help them grow and produce some awesome content for you to enjoy! You can find out what they’re planning to do this year on their community forums.

RuneZone’s RuneRadio will be hosting another JMod radio show at 4:30PM GMT today! Following on from Mod MMG’s appearance, Mod Mac will be playing his favourite songs and answering your questions live on air. Be sure to tune in and get involved in the live chatbox on their website.

The World60pengs clan will soon be celebrating their 300th hunt. As with their previous centenary milestones, they’ll be hosting some awesome events to celebrate the day. Part of their celebration is to see how many people can level up to 99 during the event. Be sure to check out their forum thread and sign up today!
As ever, the folks who run the Town Square Q&A will be around, answering all of your RuneScape questions in game. They run regular Q&A sessions, so you can ask about anything from questing to the Kalphite Queen! Head over to their forum thread for more information on when you can attend!
GameBlast
Our 24 hour GameBlast live stream was a roaring success. As a community, we raised a whopping total of more than £48,000, including donations to the Well of Goodwill, purchases of the limited edition GameBlast Tunic from Solomon’s General Store, and of course, donations to our JustGiving page.
