It’s that time you have all been waiting for - announcing the winners of the RuneScape Journey video competition!
The 10 shortlisted videos have been battling for your likes on YouTube over the past week, but the community has spoken and a winner has emerged victorious from the field of conflict!
Now, without further ado, on to announcing the winners…*drumroll please*
Congratulations to Stefanmoek who takes first place and wins lifetime RuneScape membership, after pulling in a massive 36% of the total votes cast!
Congratulations also to our two runners-up RayquazaZer and Peridot Green, who - along with Stephanmoek - have bagged a sweet £25 voucher for use in our digital merchandise shop.
If you missed out on any of the videos from the shortlist first time around, you can still check them out on the RuneScape YouTube Channel in a dedicated playlist.
Finally, we were really humbled by the huge response this competition received, with hundreds of videos being sent in from all over the world and some fantastic messages and feedback being shared on social sites and the RS forums.
As thanks for taking the time to produce such great video content, we will also be awarding the remaining shortlisted video makers one month’s free RuneScape membership!

Event
This weekend (29th and 30th June) we will be running our inaugural New Player Welcome Weekend. This will be the first of a recurring series of weekends in which we encourage new players to check out some of RuneScape’s exciting Distraction and Diversions. We hope that plenty of players, new and old, will join in and complete some D&Ds this weekend. For more information, please check out our forum thread.
