The permanent F2P & Membership Bonds poll is currently underway with over 25,000 votes so far. As of writing this newspost the update is passing by 85%. If you have not yet voted, be sure to head over to the poll home or an in-game poll booth and vote.
At the moment it seems that permanent F2P & Membership Bonds will be passing when the poll closes on Wednesday 4th February.
If F2P & Membership Bonds pass then we will be releasing permanent F2P on Old School's 2nd birthday, Thursday 19th February.
Membership Bonds would come slightly later than F2P. We will be looking to release them at some point after Sunday 1st March.
Providing it passes, we will need some time to implement tweaks to the game to prevent gold farmers being an issue. We wanted to get this information out there as soon as possible so those of you who are excited for F2P will not be expecting it to be released immediately following the poll.
Come next Wednesday we will confirm what we have planned after the outcome of the poll is finalised.
