Achtryn is probably the most rarely seen of all Slayer Masters, and many players may not even be aware of his existance.

He appears briefly in Canifis during the events of While Guthix Sleeps after Mazchna is summoned to Falador. If the player happens to visit Canifis while Mazchna is away, they will find Achtryn in Mazchna's usual spot.

His usual home is somewhere in abyssal space, according to him. Occasionally, he has the urge to go out and see the sights, meet mortals, and socialize. He finds Mazchna to be a good source of information, as Mazchna has heard the gossip of passing adventurers.

After Mazchna returns from the mission in While Guthix Sleeps, Achtryn leaves Canifis, and Mazchna resumes his position.
