Akrisae's hood is an item of headwear worn by Akrisae the Doomed, and can be obtained in the Barrows minigame. It requires 70 Defence, Prayer and Magic, as well as completion of the Ritual of the Mahjarrat quest to wear.
The hood gradually degrades as it is used in combat. It can be repaired for 80,000 coins when fully degraded by Bob in Lumbridge, Dunstan in Burthorpe, Tindel Marchant in Port Khazard, or at the Void Knights' Outpost. It can also be repaired on an armour stand in a player owned house, with a cost reduction based on the player's Smithing level. Every level reduces the cost by 0.5% from what it would be when repaired by any of the NPCs.
