The catspeak amulet is an item given to players upon completion of the Icthlarin's Little Helper quest. Further amulets can be obtained from the sphinx in Sophanem if the player loses their current one, provided they bring a cat with them.

Wearing the amulet allows its owner to talk to cats, and during the A Tail of Two Cats quest the amulet will be enchanted with the power to locate Bob the Cat. The catspeak amulet can also be fused into a cramulet, but doing so will remove its ability to locate Bob.
