Barrelchest is the final boss of The Great Brain Robbery quest. Built from a brain in a jar combined with various ship parts, the Barrelchest fights using its Barrelchest anchor in melee combat. Its strikes are so powerful that they will switch off active prayers and drain the player's prayer points, so the player must be prepared for heavy damage. The Barrelchest also has the ability to drain combat stats with its strikes, so a stat restore potion is recommended.
The Barrelchest may also be encountered as a boss in the Dominion Tower.
