A stranger has washed up on the shores of Lunar Isle, broken and delirious, and Baba Yaga requests your aid in getting him back on his feet. Yet beware the horrors that lurk in his mind, for they could prove to be a very real threat for Fremennik everywhere...

Firstly, head to Lunar Isle with combat gear, a few pices of food, some prayer potions(these three are not required, but are highly recommednded since you'll be attacked by a level 98 Wallasalki that uses magic, a level 88 Dagannoth that uses ranged and level 90 Dagannoths that use melee. All of them with a fast respawn)(Warning: the Wallasalki and the Dagannoth that uses Ranged may not be attacked by Melee attacks) and your Seal of Passage.
Go north of the bank into the fenced area and into the house with chicken legs(Baba Yaga's house). Talk to Baba Yaga about the sick man in the bed. She will tell how did he get there and ask for your help.
She will tell you that you two are going to travel travel to his dream world and reminds you to prepare as anything can happen there. Once you're ready talk to her again.
In the dream world, you find out that you are in the lighthouse and that the sick man is Silas. Click on listen to Silas on him to hear what he is muttering about while writing.
Baba Yaga will ask you to search the room. Search the bookcase to find a Prophecy Tablet (lighthouse).
She will tell you to go upstairs to do more searching. Talk to her again once upstairs and she will tell you to try to focus on hearing something. You'll hear about the Dagannoth Mother's plans to attack Rellekka.
Baba Yaga will sugest finding a lectern to get out of the dream world by going through the tunnel.
Talk to Silas, who will ask you who you are. Try to read the lectern and you'll find out that it is broken. Baba Yaga will try to fix it, and, while she is fixing it, you'll be attacked by different monsters (the ones mentioned on the first paragraph).
You must stay alive while Baba Yaga fixes the lectern. Once in a while she will cast vengeance on your character and heal herself. When she heals, she'll announce how many sharks are left since it is a limited amount (in case of death you may return to Baba Yaga's house, even without a Seal of Passage, to get to your gravestone).
After the fight you'll appear in her house.
Talk to Baba Yaga and the Oneiromancer will appear. Ask what's happening and she'll tell you that Rellekka is being attacked by "daggermouths" (dagannoths) and you need to defend them. Prepare yourself to kill at least 50 dagannoths with some help of the barbarian citizens and ask "the secret method" to get you to Rellekka (any other meaning of getting there will NOT work). She takes your Seal of Passage and you are deported to Rellekka.
After 50 kills Brundt will call you and a yellow flashing arrow will appear on minimap.
Once on the boat, talk to Queen Sigrid who will tell you that King Vargas is missing, give you the Balmung and tell you not to let Vargas near it.
Ask Brundt for another Seal and he will offer to let you prepare yourself in Etceteria bank (recommended) or let you procceed in Waterbirth Island.
Head to Waterbirth Island with gear to survive all three sides of the combat triangle. You should also take extra pieces of food for Vargas and have at least one free inventory spot. Once there, go to the entrance of waterbirth dungeon and talk to Bardur who should be near. He'll tell you that he is hearing voices and will suply you with a rope to go down the dungeon to the south.
Go to the south until you find a hole with a "Tie-rope" option on it. Tie your rope on the entrance and go down. You find out that Vargas is injured. Talk to him and Bardur wikk say that there are Dagannoths on the entrance you came from. You'll appear in another room with Vargas, being attacked by several Dagannoths. Note that you must not run or walk ahead of Vargas, since he is injured and when left alone, he will be taken by Dagannoths to the first room.
Walk slowly through the Dagganoths and ignore them since they are only attack your character and not Vargas. Go to the end of the corridor and climb the ladder. You'll find yourself in Waterbirth Dungeon. Continue walking and letting Vargas catch up with you through the rock lobsters (melee), wallasalkis (magic) and dagannoths (ranged and melee). Ignore the first ladder and procceed to the next one, after the small obelisk. Climb them and when you try to reach the next stairs on the other room, dagannoths attacking with ranged and melee will appear attacking you and Vargas. If you attack the ones targeting Vargas, they will start targeting you instead. Kill them all and give Vargas food when needed.
The only monsters left now are rock lobsters, which do not try to attack Vargas and only use melee attacks. Make your way through the next rooms. On the last ladder, Vargas will try to climb first and activates a trap set by dagannoths. Rocks start to fall and you are killed. You will not lose any of your items and appear in the Spiritual Realm until the quest is over.
Note that if you leave the realm via logging out or teleporting, you can get a letter from Brundt and continue your quest.
Talk to Eir, she will explain where you are, and while you are talking Nial and Asleif apper. Talk to both of them and with Eir again. She teleports you to Brundt's boat. Talk to him and he tells you what just happenned. Talk to Vargas to receive another Prophecy Tablet.
Vargas and Sigrid ask you to marry them. Do so, by choosing the apropiate lines. Talk to yor beloved one (Astrid if you are male, Brandt if you are female). She/he will tell you that you should get married. You can choose to do so or not (this does not affect the rest of the quest).
Brundt will offer to let you restock on Etceteria or procced to Waterbith Island.
Warning: get ready to face a fight with two dagannoth senntinels and a dagannoth mother ahead.
Talk to Brundt in Rellekka you are ready to face the dagannoths. When you are on the boat, talk to Baba Yaga about the prophecy tablets. She will place them in order to form the prophecy that tells that the daughter from the last dagannoth mother has grown and became the new mother.
On Waterbith Island, head to the hole where you found Vargas. Talk to the NPCs there and them try to enter the tunnel to the south. Koschei will watch it for you.
Try to enter the other tunnel and Koschei will appear telling that the Dagannoth kings are attacking and the others will go and help him.
Enter the room to the south and you'll find two dagannoth sentinels fighting with melee, magic and ranged. Stand between them to prevent them from healing each other and try to leave them with the same amount of health or they might heal each other.
They can be poisoned so the dragon dagger (p++)'s special may be helpful. The Balmung is slow but can hit very high on them (so it is a good idea to bring it) since it is good against dagannoths.
Once killed prepare to fight the dagannoth mother. Get high-healing food, prayer potions and bring runes for the 4 elemental spells on the normal spellbook.
Warning: Do not forget to bring your Balmung or you won't be able to fight the Dagannoth Mother. Also bring about 200 of each elemental spell you are casting and about 200 bolts or arrows for your crossbow or bow.
Enter the cave the sentinels were blocking and avoid the dagannoth guards' attacks by using protect from melee. This is a maze-like area in which you have to go east, climb the obstruction, make a loop around the rock south of you (starting west), enter the tunnel and then go south and enter the cave. You'll find the new Dagannoth Mother.
Enter where the dagannoth mother is and she will start talking. Choose any options of the dialogue and start fighting with the Balmung. The colour on her back will start changing according to her weakness. The colours mean:
White: Air spells Blue: Water spells Red: Fire spells Brown: Earth spells Green: Ranged attacks Orange: Melee attacks with the Balmung
Your chatbox will tell you what colour she has changed to, but this is not recommended since it takes a while to look at the chatbox. Because of this try changing the lightning details to low so you can see better the colour on her back.
After killing her exit her chamber and get the pickaxe, plank and tinderbox and choose the colapse option on the pillars nex to the entrance of her chamber. You end up being killed and you appear on the spiritual realm again. Talk to Eir who will teleport you to where you first found Vargas injured.
In the chamber you'll find Astrid and Brand dead on the floor. Check them.
Talk to Baba Yaga and Koschei to find out what happened.
Try to climb the rope and Brundt will call you.
On his ship, talk to him. If you teleported instead of climbing the rope, simply talk to him in Rellekka.
You, Vargas and Sigrid will go to Miscellania and Etceteria to make pyre ships with the bodies of Astrid and Brandt.
