Cabbage is a low-leveled food that heals 200 life points when consumed. It is obtained from the many cabbage patches around RuneScape or can be grown with a Farming level of 7 in allotment patches.

It is often seen as a low-level / new player's food due to the small amount that it heals and how easy it is to obtain. It has gained much recognition in the player base and has even been the focus of an April Fools joke where many of the cabbages in cabbage patches started to jump around and where players could wield them.
