The caramel cup was a food item that healed 200 hit points and provided a temporary +3 level boost in Divination. It was gained by exchanging 50 Valentine love notes (in each case, a chocolate was selected at random out of the following - caramel cup, lemon truffle, mint fondant, hazelnut praline, strawberry creme and almond toffee).
Up to two caramel cups could be added to a box of Valentine chocolates. They could be traded with other players, but only for other chocolates on a one-to-one basis.
All chocolates were removed from the game on 14th March 2014.
