Got an idea on how to improve the Things To Do page? Then please post it here. And if the idea is agreed to be a good one then Go Forth & Edit

Well the first gaping hole that i see is an items encyclopedia. the *cough* other *cough* runescape wiki has quite an extensive section on the various items and their uses. Although i doubt that the level of detail that they have gone into is truly necessary, i think it would be very nice to open up all of the items on the grand exchange into their-own wiki pages.

I wholeheartedly agree. The reason why I love the rswikia so much is the level of depth; there's an article for virtually everything. I like your idea about linking items in the GE to articles, but bear in mind that there's items that aren't tradeable but still need articles themselves (i.e. ones for quests). I've put this page back into the wiki with up-to-date tables. I'll be using this format for any new tables I make. If I have time I'll update old tables with this layout. Mod Michelle 30-Nov-2011 15:25 GMT

Commented on your other comment here. Like I said, all good if you don't think it's needed. Have revised some of the table spacing etc. if you want to consider those. As a side note your templates don't make things easier for me (I can't read them very well :S) but I'll adapt to how you guys want to do things :) Will copy them over to my test environment so I can use them for new content. Hmm, if you can't read them very well then there's a high chance others can't which ruins the possibility of community contributions. That one's particularly dodgy as it's a long series of pipes with numbers in between. Might do a partial rewrite of the template (without ruining current code... Yay legacy already... Returning to the main point on detail, as a community we're creating about 300 pages a day right now. RuneScape is huge. It takes time to build up the detail. Regarding GE linkage, we've got {{GELink}} now so we are definitely going that way. If the GE got a wiki link that would be cool, but until we get the content down most of those links are going to be blank or highly stubby stubs. You should undo anyone copying from wikia or the other fansites. I expect your template was deleted because you didn't make it an actual template (i.e. Template:TemplateNameHere). :D Ale Jrb 23-Nov-2011 20:58 GMT
