The cramulet is an amulet that combines the functions of several communication amulets into one item. The player learns how to create a basic cramulet during the Do No Evil quest, by combining a ghostspeak amulet and monkeyspeak amulet. A catspeak amulet and camulet can also be fused into the cramulet to add their functions to the item.

The fully-made cramulet can be used to talk to monkeys, ghosts, cats and camels. It can also provide teleports to Enahkra's Temple in the desert, but cannot be used to locate Bob the Cat. The cramulet can be disassembled at any time to get the individual amulets back.
