Crushed nests are made at level 1 by grinding a bird's nest with a pestle and mortar for 1 Herblore XP.

Players can not purchase a birds nest, and can only obtain it from certain skills such as woodcutting, and from combat against dropping monsters. Unlike a Birds nest, a Crushed nest can be sold on the Grand Exchange.

They are used as a secondary ingredient in saradomin brew potions.
