The Dragon full helm is a piece of the dragon armour set and is very expensive due to its rarity. It is dropped by Mithril dragons in the Ancient Cavern or obtained by burning Chewed bones on pyre ship from a Barbarian spirit (If the person gotten to the part in Barbarian Training).
