A Fire is an object that is created upon lighting Logs with a Tinderbox. There are many different types of logs that can be lit but each requires a specific Firemaking level to do so.

Fires are used to cook raw food on by using a raw food on the fire. Cooking on a fire will give a higher chance of burning the food compared to a Range.

Fires are typically an orange color, however, Firelighters make it possible to change the color of fires which give no benefit over a regular fire.

Higher quality logs burn longer than lower quality logs. Fires drop Ashes after they are done burning.
