Flesh crawlers are a type of oversized insect found in chambers of the Catacombe of Famine, the second level of the Stronghold of Security. Good for low-level training, they can drop a piece of the skull sceptre as well as dust runes, and members will find that they drop various herbs for use in Herblore.Fire rune42s, Dust runes, Body runes, nature rune 5, Sceptre Bottom,coal 1-11(noted),coal 1 unoted, silver bar, wearing ring of wealth increases the drop rate of rare drop table
