Godsword shard 2 is a drop from the bosses and minions in the God Wars Dungeon. It is used to make a Godsword blade by using it on an anvil while having two other godsword shards in the inventory - Godsword shard 1 and Godsword shard 3. Doing this requires level 80 Smithing and gives 100 smithing experience.
