If you are not receiving your recovery emails you should check your email account's Spam or Junk folder, to see if the emails from us are being filtered there. Please make sure you check that you haven't blocked emails from our @runescape.com and @jagex.com email addresses.
Here's a list of email addresses you need to add to your safe senders list:

If you are able to log into your account settings, navigate to the ‘account' tab at the top right hand corner of the screen, and then 'manage account' and then ‘password preferences’ get the email re-sent to you.

If the link is not working, try copying it into your browser. Otherwise try clearing your cache, and trying to recover the account in a different browser.
