JAG Jagex Account Guardian Account Security I am not receiving my recovery emails
If you are not receiving your recovery emails you should check your email account's spam folder to see if the emails from us are being filtered there and to check that you haven't blocked emails from our @runescape.com and @jagex.com email addresses.
If you have checked these settings and are still not receiving emails from us then please let us know here.
