King Vallance

King Vallance is the current monarch of the Kingdom of Asgarnia. While he officially remains the ruler, Sir Amik Varze, leader of the Knights of Falador, has ruled in his stead for the past seven years. This is apparently because the king is bedridden, but as no one has seen him for years, this remains unconfirmed.
