Malak is a vampyre met during the Desert Treasure quest and is one of the guardians of the blood diamond. Initially he tells the player that the vampyre Dessous has the diamond, and the player can only get it by killing Dessous. When Dessous is dead the player notices that he does not have the blood diamond and reconfronts Malak. Malak will then confess to having the diamond, only lying to you so that he could have Dessous' land.
