This is where you check the status of a message you have sent us and read messages we have sent you. You can access your message inbox by selecting your Account Settings from the Account drop down above and scrolling down to 'Messages' option on the subsequent page.
It is possible to filter messages by game by the drop down menu in the top right corner. So if you want to only see messages related to RuneScape, for example, hover over this drop down and then select RuneScape from the displayed list.
From here you will be able to see new messages, that have been sent and those that you have already read.
The inbox message system has a character limit of 1000 characters per message, so please try to let us know all the information you think we might need to help you in a way that gets to the point quite quickly.
Sometimes your query may not need a reply from us; we will simply fix the problem for you and let you carry on enjoying the game. If you have sent us a query and we have responded to it, the message inbox is where you will find our reply.
