An Mithril spear can only be made after learning the art of barbarian Smithing from Otto Godblessed and requires level 55 Smithing. Players will also need 1 maple log and 1 mithril bar to make a spear. This will grant them 100 Smithing experience. A Mithril spear can be poisoned as almost all other spears.
