Moss Giants are quite large monsters, living in a lot of different places around Gielinor. They are popular for training because of their low amount of health, and because of the fact that they are hostile, effectively allowing players with high enough levels in combat skills to leave their character in the middle of an area with Moss Giants, only having to check their health once in a while.
