Over time there have been rules put in place by us to look out for all of the RuneScape Community's best interests but you may find that your account has been muted or banned for going against one of these rules, you can check the evidence for this decision by following these steps:
If you have submitted an appeal already, you do not need to contact us again, this will be dealt with.
WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS OFFENCE APPEALS VIA EMAIL OR THE FORUMS
As seen in our rules, our players must not use software to gain an unfair advantage in our games. This includes automation tools, macros, bots and auto-typers. If your account is currently permanently banned, we deem the offence serious enough to permanently remove the account from our game. At the moment, we are not reviewing these bans and if this changes, you will be notified.
