The Primal 2h Sword is the most sought-after Melee weapon in Dungeoneering. It is acquired only as a drop from Kal'Ger the Warmonger, giving it a requirement of 113 Dungeoneering--the third highest single skill requirement of any item in the game, following the Completionist cape and the Dungeoneering master cape, which both require 120 Dungeoneering.
