Pumpkins were the first holiday item introduced to the game. They were dropped around RuneScape on October 31, 2001. Eating a pumpkin will restore 140 Lifepoints but it is highly recommended that players do not eat them due to there immense value and rarity. It is also suggested that players only withdraw the pumpkin as a note to avoid eating it by accident. Much like the Easter egg, Ghasts will rot this item without warning.

In recent months, its street value has fluctuated between 200M and 400M.
