The quest journal

The quest journal lists all of the quests in the game, allowing your to order or filter these in a variety of ways.

By default your quests are sorted alphabetically with members only quests at the top of the interface and free-to-play quests below. Quests are colour coded as follows:

  • Completed
  • In progress
  • Not started

You can order your quests in various ways using the drop down box:

  • Free/Members (default) - Lists members only quests first (default)
  • Progress/Requirements - Lists quests alphabetically in groups of completed, in progress and not started.
  • Level category - Lists quests in order of difficulty: novice, intermediate. experienced. master, grandmaster and special.
  • Alphabetical - Lists quests alphabetically with no groupings.

There are also two buttons: one to hide any quests that you do not have the levels to start ('filter') and the other to hide all completed quests ('hide done').

Quest Summary

A quest summary

Some quests have more details available through the Quest Journal. These are shown in the Quest Summary interface.

If a quest has summary information, clicking on the title will bring up the interface which will tell you:

  • Where to start the quest
  • If there are any level requirements
  • If there are any items you must have before you can start the quest (these are hidden by default)
  • If there are any particular monsters you must fight during the quest
  • What rewards you will receive upon completion (these are hidden by default)

If you have already started a quest, the quest summary will tell you how far you have gotten, as well as giving you hints as to what to do next.

If you have completed the quest, you will see a run through of what you achieved in the quest, but you will also be given a button in the bottom left corner so that you can return to the summary page to see what rewards you received (these will not be hidden now that the quest has been completed).
