The Rune claws are a two-handed melee weapon that require level 50 attack to wield. They are the second strongest claws in the game only surpassed by the dragon claws.

Rune claws can be created through the smithing skill at level 98 smithing. Doing so requires two rune bars and grants 150 smithing experience.
