A Saradomin brew (often abbreviated as Sara brew or just "'brew'") is a potion that is made through the herblore skill by mixing a Crushed bird nest into an unfinished toadflax potion. Making one requires 81 herblore and gives 180 herblore experience.

Effect

When drinking a dose of Saradomin brew, the players life points is increased by 15% + 20 and can go over the players maximum life points by 15%. The brew also temporarily increases defence by 25% and decreases attack, strength, magic and ranged by 10%.

The decrease in stats is often why Saradomin brews are used in combination with overload potions and super restores.
