Sköll boots are boots received after killing Sköll during the 2012 Winter event. When equipped, the boots double Woodcutting and Agility experience, with the boost itself starting off with a 100% charge.
As players gain experience in Woodcutting or Agility the charges will begin to slowly decrease, the rate at which they decrease depending on how much experience is gained and the player's level in the skill he or she is training. In general, having higher skill levels allows more experience to be earned per charge.
The experience boost itself must be used before the 16th of May 2012, and if lost, the boots retain what charge they had before, and can be retrieved from Diango or the Fremennik citizen at the gate of Rellekka while the event was active.
