A skills necklace is a dragon necklace that has been enchanted with a Lvl-5 Enchant spell. Casting this spell requires level-68 Magic, gives 78 Magic XP and consumes 15 water runes, 15 earth runes and 1 cosmic rune.

An enchant dragonstone tablet can also be used to enchant the necklace. This item has no requirements to use but gives no XP.

The skills necklace can be powered with four teleport charges by using it on the totem pole inside of the Legends' Guild, or the Tears of Seren fountain in the Cadarn sector of Prifddinas. Once its charges are consumed, the necklace can be recharged using either of these methods.

Benefits

Wearing a charged skills necklace increases the chances of catching a casket when big net fishing. Catching caskets does not consume the bracelet's charges.

A fully-charged necklace holds four teleport charges that can be used to travel to four different destinations. Each teleport consumes one of the necklace's charges.
