Jagex, which stands for Just About the Game Experience, is the Cambridge UK based games studio that both develops and publishes the world's most popular Free Massively Multiplayer Online Game - RuneScape.

Founded by hobbyist game developers back in 2001, RuneScape had already achieved over 1 million accounts within the first year of launch and since then has regularly been awarded Guinness World Records due to the size of the game and community.

Over the years RuneScape has continued to go from strength to strength, standing apart today as one of the longest running and most significant free games in the Western Hemisphere.
