An Uncut ruby is a gem that, once cut into an ruby, is primarily used in the crafting skill to make ruby jewelry. It can be cut with a chisel at a level 34 crafting which gives 85 crafting experience.
Uncut rubys are obtained mainly by mining rocks and they can be obtained faster by mining Gem rocks and wearing an amulet of glory with at least one charge.
