Playing Treasure Hunter but not got what you want? Have a second chance!
From 00:00 UTC on 2nd April until 23:59 UTC on 7th April, you can have a second chance at any prize you receive on Treasure Hunter, for the cost of a 10 Hearts of Ice each.
Play carefully – once you’ve decided to take a Second Chance, you won’t be able to get your original prize, but you won’t be charged again for any frozen categories you may have locked out! On top of that, you’ll never get the same prize twice – the chest will always provide you with a different item, and it could be anything – you could upgrade that white item to a rare purple. Note that you can only reroll a prize once.
To make sure everyone has the ability to give their prizes a re-try, we’ll be giving every player 120 Hearts of Ice for free!
We've also brought some older holiday-related items back – the Coin of Balance, and both enchanted and magical bunny eggs – and upped the chance to win the Prayer-XP-boosting First Age outfit.

What is Treasure Hunter?
Treasure Hunter is a minigame – playable from within RuneScape - where players use Keys to claim in-game items as prizes. These range from useful resources to rare weapons and exclusive gear.
Playing Treasure Hunter is simple – click the treasure chest icon that pops up when you log in. If you've not played before, just follow the on-screen guide.
Everyone gets at least one Key per day, and RuneScape members get two. You can earn more Keys while playing the game, or stock up by redeeming Bonds.
If you'd like more, you can also buy Keys on the website, or by clicking 'Buy Keys' within the Treasure Hunter interface in-game.
